I truly fell in love with dumbbell workouts while teaching group fitness classes and realizing just how effective they are. With a set of dumbbells and a mat, you can build strength, get an incredible workout, and challenge yourself in a simple, effective way!

Workouts are simple, effective, and designed using progressive overload. You’ll be challenged to get stronger by increasing weight, slowing down tempo, & focusing on your mind to muscle connection.
