My goals for you: Build strength. Build confidence. Create consistency. Progress doesn’t come from being perfect. It comes from showing up, pushing yourself, and stacking small wins day after day. About the program

I truly fell in love with dumbbell workouts while teaching group fitness classes and realizing just how effective they are. With a set of dumbbells and a mat, you can build strength, get an incredible workout, and challenge yourself in a simple, effective way! I also know how overwhelming the fitness industry can feel because I’ve fallen for it all too. There’s constant noise: conflicting advice, trends, and quick fixes that don’t actually last. What changed everything for me was getting back to the basics: strength training, proper fueling, and showing up consistently. During this 6-week program, we aren’t aiming towards perfection. We are focused on showing up, putting in the work, and becoming 1% stronger everyday. Each week, you’ll find 5 strength workouts: * 2 Full Body * 1 Upper body * 1 Lower Body * 1 Core Circuit Workouts are simple, effective, and designed using progressive overload. You’ll be challenged to get stronger by increasing weight, slowing down tempo, & focusing on your mind to muscle connection. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a mat, and a commitment to yourself.     About Kendra Marie

    Welcome! I'm Kendra!

    Growing up as an alpine ski racer, time in the gym was a huge part of my training. Strength workouts helped me ski faster, stay resilient, and prevent injuries. But somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the process itself. The journey of becoming stronger and more confident in my own skin. That passion led me to start teaching group fitness classes at my local gym. I quickly realized how much I loved helping others push past their limits, believe in themselves, and learn to appreciate what their bodies are capable of. Because at the end of the day, we only get one body- and it deserves to be taken care of!! Like many people, I’ve also experienced the overwhelming noise of the fitness industry. “Do this to lose weight.” “Drink this to lose 10 pounds in a month.” “Do more cardio.” “Carbs are bad.” “No... actually fat is bad.” “It’s your cortisol.” Everyone has an opinion, and it can quickly become confusing and discouraging. For years, I struggled to lose those “last 10 pounds” and often found myself trying the next new diet or trend, hoping it would finally be the solution. What ultimately changed everything for me was going back to the basics: focusing on strength training, fueling my body properly by tracking my macros, and showing up consistently. That’s when I finally achieved the physique I was working toward- and more importantly, started to feel truly confident in my own skin. Now my mission is to help you do the same. No matter your goals, you don’t need to get lost in the noise or chase every new fitness trend. When you focus on the fundamentals and stay consistent, real progress happens. Let’s keep it simple: show up consistently, challenge yourself, and aim to be a 1% stronger than yesterday. I’ll be here, cheering you on every step of the way! You got this.

    I’m a beginner, is this for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this program can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for intermediate fitness levels, but modifications are listed. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively!
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    All you'll need is a set of dumbbells that challenges you! I designed these workouts to be done from anywhere!
    Is this a monthly purchase?
    No, this is a one-time purchase! Once you purchase, you have access to the guide forever.
    Do I have to do the 6 Week Challenge if I purchase?
    No! It is completely optional. The 6 Week Challenge starts on April 6th, 2026, and it is designed to hold us accountable and keep us consistent during these next 6 weeks!
    Will there be nutrition coaching in the program?
